Loeffler Randall is one of those designers that i religiously follow. in fact, they may be my favorite accessory designer to date. everything is perfectly curated -- from their social, newsletters and website, to the ridiculously stylish designer herself, Jessie Randall. not to mention their shoes, bags, and patterns! i covet pretty much all of Loeffler Randall's world.
with that said, it's always a treat to see what Loeffler Randall has up their sleeves when a new collection is launched. LR has a fresh, effortless approach, and their fall/winter collection for 2016 does not disappoint:
the secret sauce behind their success is so simple: design for what they would want to see in their closets. brilliant right? this fall, that means fluffy rainbow fur, ankle straps, snakeskin, bold red, and rich floral embroidery.
it's always fun to see the design process behind a collection, and LR does it so well -- giving their customers a transparent sneak peek into what exactly caught their eye though these cute handwritten mood boards.
these bright red mid-heels with ankle straps are on my wish list. a practical stunner (especially for navigating the uneven cobblestone streets right outside my office) they are an updated version of last year's it-shoe.
i must confess that am not a huge fan of wearing fur, but i do appreciate the beauty of these fluffy accessories: polka dots in primary colors and bags in amorphous shapes.
between the bright colors, lady-like florals, and bold reds, is the perfect neutral snakeskin. i'm officially predicting that snakeskin will make a comeback this fall. i've spotted this animal print in several collections, including JCrew's RTW Fall. a nice alternative to leopard!
any favorites? the best part is there are A LOT more pieces on their site, including snakeskin booties, and tassel loafers -- happy fall shopping!
